Customer service outsourcing, the perfect solution!

Customer service is a very important and risky task and off course companies don’t give it in anybody’s hand easily unless they are sure about that outsourcing company. Due to the responsibilities and day to day business operations, it becomes troublesome for companies to handle it on their own.

When companies face such challenges, the customer service solutions come to rescue them. All the customer calls are routed to the people that are pro in handling the massive volume of queries and complaints.

When do you need to outsource?

When companies think of expanding their business operation or they get so many orders that they can’t handle the customer service on their own then they look for the outsourcing companies who takes the customer service burden off their shoulders. If companies try to save their bucks by not outsourcing the customer service then they lose their customers because they don’t handle the customer queries and complaints properly.

Is it really beneficial?

Customer support outsourcing can benefit companies who have a straightforward module and perfectly defined transaction. Companies who own several products can’t go for it easily because of the complicated sales cycle.Just like physical document management is not easy, it isn’t easy to handle the massive volume of calls, therefore company goes for the option of outsourcing the customer services.Another amazing benefit of outsourcing is that a company doesn’t need to go for more human capital. When companies hire employees they need to pay them a lot while if they outsource the task, they get burden-free and they don’t need to face the problem of hiring more employees.

Concerns

The basic concern of companies is to find the best outsourcing companies because not all outsourcing companies are familiar with the language you speak and they are not aware of your products. It is one of a task to find the best outsourcing company who has trained employees well and the call centre agents are able to speak multiple languages

Bottom line

All in all it is beneficial to take an outsource company on board but you need to check that outsource company properly because in other words you are handling a proper business unit to them. Your customers will call them and ask for assistance so they need to be trained enough to provide the level of satisfaction which a customer is looking for.

As the official language of countries like Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan; and other republics of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Byelorussia, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine), the Russian language is the most geographically widespread language in all of Eurasia. In fact, it is also the most widely spoken of all the Slavic languages.

Origin of the Russian Language

The Russian language is one of the four living members of the East Slavic languages. The said language belongs to the family of Indo-European languages. According to language experts, Indo-European languages originated from a single prehistoric language, reconstructed as Proto-Indo-European, which is spoken sometime in the Neolithic era (also known as New Stone Age).

A Brief History of the Short Messaging Service (SMS)

In the United States, about 6 billion text messages are sent every day, amounting to 2.2 trillion SMS sent annually. Across the globe, the numbers can even reach up to more than 8 trillion messages every year. That shouldn’t come as a surprise as recent statistics say there are about 6.8 billion mobile subscriptions worldwide, meaning 97 percent of the world’s current total population of 7 billion people use a mobile phone.

But like with any great technology we use today, SMS has its humble beginnings. The idea of transmitting short messages was conceptualised in 1984 by Friedhelm Hillebrand and Bernard Ghillebaert under the Franco-German GSM cooperation. Eight years later, software architect and developer Neil Papworth successfully sent the first ever text message, “Merry Christmas,” to Richard Jarvis, who was using an Orbitel 901 handset. Papworth used a personal computer to transmit the message via the Vodafone GSM network in the United Kingdom.

By 1993, Nokia became the first and only handset manufacturer that produced mobile phones capable of supporting user-generated SMS. The next year, their Nokia 2010 was released and became the first mobile phone to easily support and allow SMS. Come 1997, Nokia debuted the first cellular phone equipped with a keypad, the Nokia 9000i Communicator. The following years saw slow growth, and by 2000, American users were sending about 35 messages monthly.

It was not until 2002 that SMS really took off – with more than 250 billion SMS messages sent around the world that year. And today, trillions of messages are being sent every year, and the SMS market has an estimated worth of more than $100 billion.

With its expansive reach and high number of active users, businesses have started to tap into SMS as a way to reach out to their target consumers. SMS marketing is commonly used by businesses as part of their mobile and digital marketing strategies.

Companies that offer SMS marketing allow their clients to modify their marketing strategy and filter their audiences based on location, age, gender, and nationality, among other factors. SMS marketing agencies have user databases that enable them to communicate to a broad audience on behalf of their clients using bulk SMS method.

SMS marketing is highly effective in generating “word-of-mouth” exposure and in alerting potential and existing customers about the latest promotions and limited offers of your business. Government agencies and private organisations can likewise leverage SMS marketing to initiate awareness programs and spread valuable information or announcements to affected individuals.

Though internet-based messaging such as WhatsApp and Facebook messenger are starting to gain in numbers, text messaging still reigns supreme as the most preferred method of communication today.

Maximise your time and energy by devoting it towards productive, profit-generating activities like side jobs and freelancing opportunities. Doing this will allow you to earn some extra money on the side, while also helping you build your portfolio. Child custody policies in UAE

Child custody in the UAE is a sensitive issue that must be approached with care. Children are most impressionable during their formative years. Situations such as the dissolution of marriage or divorce can have a negative impact on their emotional and psychological well-being.

In shared custodial arrangements, studies have shown that children whose parents are not in conflict tend to adjust well to the change in living conditions. On the other hand, separated parents who fail to cooperate in parenting through share custodial arrangements are shown to have negative effects on the psychological and emotional well-being of their children.

In fact, research reveals that children whose parents are frequently in conflict tend to display depressive and problematic behaviour, such as poor performance in school and delinquency. That is why it is important to understand child custody policies in the UAE and how they can affect the outlook of children in the long run.

Definition of custody per UAE personal status law

As defined by UAE law, custody is the right and duty of spouses to be afforded to their child upon their matrimony. If they are to dissolve their union, the custody of the children will be granted to the mother, granted that she is fit and willing to provide for their needs, per the conditions set by law. To arrive at a custodial decision, there are three rights that must come into unity with one another – that of the father, the custodian, and the child under custody.

If the three rights fall in line with one another, then they are considered valid. However, if they fail to agree with one another, then the rights of the child are prioritised. Ultimately, the custody must favour the interests of the child under custody.

When is a parent not eligible for child custody?

Per Article 143 of the UAE Personal Status Law, a parent is not eligible to have custody over a child if he or she suffers from the following conditions:

  • Mental Disorder – a child under custody needs a guardian who is capable of providing ample care and protection. A parent suffering from mental disorder is not capable of providing these essential needs, and is therefore not allowed to have custody of the child.
  • Physical incapability – a child needs to have a guardian who can physically take care of the child. As such, a parent whose sickness renders them physically incapable of providing the care needed by the child is ineligible for child custody. In the same way, a parent who is affected by a severely infectious disease would be considered ineligible

If you want to know more about child custody laws in the UAE, feel free to talk to expert family lawyers. There are plenty of Dubai law firms who are capable of providing you with sound legal advice.

Overcome the Competition with a Strong Brand Presence

A brand is a business’ reflection. If your brand is nothing sort of memorable, how will you expect customers to come – let alone, remember – your business? This is where you need to get digital marketing services for your business.

Improve your website

If you want to grow your brand, the first thing you need to do is improve your current website. Look at its overall design: Does it serve the needs of your customers? Get more online traction with SEO

Building organic traffic is one of the most effective ways to get visibility online. Optimizing your website to attract traffic can increase your opportunities for more conversions, which, in turn, can be converted into ROI. If you know how to do your SEO right, you can bump the competition and get right in front of your customers.

Know how to engage in social media

Social media usage is increasing by the year, thanks to the growing popularity of different social platforms. Nonetheless, social media is not just a place to connect with other people; it’s also a place where you can do business. Identify key metrics

How will you measure success if you don’t know which metrics to track? Any digital marketing strategy will be fruitless if you don’t have a benchmark.
